He knows that because she writes dozens of songs that millions of people just can’t relate to but god bless ‘em they keep buying her albums just to try!

He calls Harris stupid and yet fell for every trap which he set. Doesn’t that say anything about his ability to deal with the “very smart” leaders of other countries?

She was not born a billionaire. She worked hard to get there and has worked very hard to stay there. You know, bootstraps, putting your heart and soul into your job to become a success. Providing value to your customers (her shows are reported to be absolutely spectacular. I've never been). The very old-fashioned, good-old American values Republicans profess to support. Until somebody they don't like becomes successful.

She is the epitome of the American dream.

Calling opponents "dumb" is a go-to for him. And especially with women. Just ask trump supporter and "bird brain" Nikki Haley.

It usually proves to be a tactical mistake, as it lowers the bar for everyone he calls stupid.

Not quite. Have we ever heard Trump sing?

This is his third general election. He’s 0-for-2 so far in getting the most votes and is trending towards a third wipeout. We obsess over how can he be so popular that we sometimes forget he actually isn’t.

We can do this. Keep pushing.

NEW: A General Services Administration spox tells NPR that as of 11 a.m. ET today there have been 306,422 visitors to vote.gov referred from Taylor Swifts’s URL she shared on Instagram last night

they don’t know the registrations but even a fraction is a boost

The other thing we forget that an endorsement can do with a fan base as passionate as Swift’s is turn some passive voters into enthusiastic influencers and even campaign volunteers. Thats when the snowball starts picking up snow.

Not directed at you, but FOH to Jonathan Karl Jake Tapper, and the other anchors and pundits with the, "Yeah, but light on policy and specifics..."

As if they're aching to go chest-deep into the "how" of anything and would do so if only the candidates (or one of them) would provide a detailed plan but are instead forced to feign breathless interest in body language.

There's a reason Chuck Todd always "left it there."

Good God you’d have thought the opening handshake was Armstrong exiting the capsule.
