Damn, Gannar Henderson triples with two outs in the ninth to break up the no-hitter but the Tigers still win, 1-0. Brent Hurter lost the perfect game with a walk to lead off the eighth.

Wait a cotton pickin' minute. I thought he went into the HOF as a Devil Ray.

Thank God for being in a hotel with no MASN. They've completely forgotten how to hit outside of the occasional home run. The Yankees series is going to be meaningless at this rate.

Went to the Giants game today (meh game. Padres are good; Giants less so). But we saw the Orlando Cepeda celebration of life. It was cool to see the history. Willie Mays had a statement he wrote right before he passed because he knew Cepeda was not long for the world. It was very touching.

Dodgers at Braves, 2-2 in the ninth. The Dodgers get a triple to open the inning. Two outs later, Braves walk Ohtani intentionally. Mookie singles in the go-ahead run. Then Teoscar, Edman and Muncy, HR-HR-HR -- 7 runs, 9-2 Dodgers victory.
