Justin Fields tried to carry the Steelers on his back today and almost pulled it off. Injuries are just ruining that team right now. Cordorrelle Patterson was having a great game, then hurt his ankle. They lost at another starting offensive lineman. They are now missing their top three guards and first-round pick Troy Fautanu, who was starting at right tackle until he injured his knee.

They missed Alex Highsmith on defense today, but that doesn't come close to accounting for that unit playing like complete garbage. Even with that and a couple of killer turnovers, the Steelers were still down only three and driving with plenty of time remaining before an early shotgun snap bounced off Fields' facemask. Fields recovered, but they couldn't overcome the 12-yard loss and a fourth-and-10 pass fell incomplete.

Of course, many Steelers fans are ripping Tomlin for not having his team ready. lol

Gonna be honest - I think the Commanders offense is my favorite offense to watch in the league.

Commanders need to get out of the Chris Meyers zone.

I saw Chris Myers doing the Westminster Dog Show on FS1 earlier in the week. That’s more his speed.

Chris Myers and the really boring Golic (I forget his name. Bob maybe) did sports talk radio in Los Angeles 20 years ago. It was incredibly dull.
It wouldn't pass the muster in Fresno, let alone LA.

Tom Brady talks like someone at 3 in the morning who has been doing coke all night. Interesting, but slow it down.

At what point do the Vikings lock in on Darnold and trade McCarthy? Yes, it is still early, but the money (and length of contract) to keep Darnold will almost make keeping McCarthy pointless.

I sincerely hope Jacoby Brissett is putting a good deal of his salary into long-term supplemental medical insurance.

Jesus dude. Dial down the gummies.

You are going to trade a first round qb before he plays a down in the NFL. The whole point of all these first round qbs are they are low cost dart throws. They are cheap. And you want to get rid of one before he plays a down.

I thank the Browns for giving up in Week 4 instead of stringing this out so I can get the rest of my Sundays back this fall. It felt wrong to still be caring in January last year. This feels right.
