The thing is about Darnold, he's having success now after bouncing around - you would think the Vikings might get a hometown discount. Keep McCarthy around I guess until they get a good enough offer this isn't a Penix sitution, but no way do you let Darnold leave. Unless he turns into Cinderella at some point and the clock strikes midnight.

I remember how exciting the 2012 Skins were with RGIII and Alfred Morris and how giddy the base was for the future.

Even non-Skins fans like myself watched with interest because RGIII was one of those generational talents.

    Then he wasn't.

12 years later that excitement has returned.

Enjoy Jayden while he's young, vibrant ... healthy ... and let the future play out.

Here’s the thing. The new owner cares about the field and won’t let his QB1 die.

Is Brady getting better in the booth? From what I heard he's mostly mediocre. I just don't see him sticking with something he's mediocre at.

Ray Lewis, lovable TV intro mascot.

The reason to be excited about the Commanders is their schedule -- if Daniels stays healthy show me the defenite losses that keep them from double-digit wins.

I think anybody who was at that Jets-Broncos game today now knows what some of the lesser levels of hell are like, right?
    √ Awful weather
    √ Awful football
√ A baffling loss to a bad team that was playing bad
√ A chance to scrape back some sense of joy at the end, but having to watch your 87-year-old kicker miss the winning field goal
√ Driving home in New York/New Jersey traffic, in the rain, and realizing you probably just paid several hundred dollars (at least) to experience that
√ Getting home, decompressing, and coming to the even worse realization that this is not the first time you've experienced and it won't be the last

I can't think of a worse experience for a fan.

I can’t even be mad that the Titans turned Derrick Henry loose. He deserved a chance to show what he can do when not shackled to that poverty franchise.

Fields looked great in the second half today, but it helped to be playing a very depleted Colts defense. He is a dynamic runner with a fantastic arm. He has gotten better each year, but he is still relatively limited as a passer.

At best, they underestimated him. They stupidly let him play hurt in 2021 and seemingly used his struggles that season to talk themselves into Watson.
