Another good player the Mariners gave up on too soon. Like Raul Ibanez.

I wonder if Snitker took a look at the Mets' lineup before scratching Sale.

And I wonder if the D-Backs began an early celebration upon hearing that.

And I wondered if the Mets' starter was Frank Lucchesi's grandson or something, but he doesn't appear to be.

Imagine for a moment if the Mets had gone into full-on party mode. Talk about a bad look.

Sale's velocity has been way down all month and he didn't look like himself the last time out. His stuff wasn't sharp. I think Snitker knew the guy is cooked -- he hasn't thrown this many innings since 2017 -- and back spasms was as good an excuse as anything.

Perhaps one more day off might help a guy who hasn't pitched since the 19th, but the Braves are now looking at six months off if they don't win Game 2.

Cohen, Darling and Hernandez are killing time in Game 2 discussing the Whig party.

Stepped away from the TV when they mentioned the Diamondbacks. Wonder if there's a camera at their watch party similar to the cameras when they announce March Madness brackets?

The Diamondbacks are on the bubble because their RPI (Runs Per Inning) isn’t high enough since they haven’t played anyone PAWLLLL!

We have a camera at Guy Fieri's restaurant at Chase Field so we can see the D-Backs fans live.

    They don't seem happy.
