Kodai Senga will start Game 1 of the NLDS for the Mets. I did not see that coming.

He pitched 5.1 (really good) innings for the Mets this season. Missed the first half with an arm issue and hurt his calf in his lone start in July.

This could be brilliant...or bad. But, I guess you have to piggyback him anyway, so he can get yanked if he immediately struggles.

I had to look him up... and that would be a nice outcome for Mets fans...

The Mets are drunk as fuck. What an incredible season.

    Absolutely on Krukow/Kuiper.
They’ll have Chip induct Skip. Ernie Jr with Sr.
    Sterling will induct himself.

He'll probably replace Max Kranick, who didn't pitch in the majors this season but was activated for the Brewers series as a long reliever. Yeah, Metsing.

I'm sure they'll add Tylor Megill to the roster too (he wasn't on the wild card roster because he started Monday). Kranick definitely gone... not sure who else yet.

    Playoff fun!

Lot of teams carried 14 or even 15 position players for the Wild Card series. I'm interested to see the swaps.

You went 2-2, and were one Polar Bear homer away from 3-1. Impressive!

Bad news for the Priests. Joe Musgrove to have Tommy John, which probably means he'll miss 2025 as well.

Hate to see it with Musgrove. It didn't look promising when he was lifted the other day.
