Last week in Mississippi there was this 11-man game between two Class 7A teams.
    Clinton 65, Brandon 62.
The teams combined for almost 1,400 yards. Clinton blocked a field goal on the last play to clinch it.
These are two good programs, too. Clinton is where Cam Akers (now with the Texans) played, and Brandon is Gardner Minshew's alma mater.

Some schools can ring up scores in six-man football that their basketball team might not match for all of December.

Nothing bizzare or a scorigami, but the location.

Last Friday, a bizarre score in the other direction involving a couple schools north of LA: Viewpoint (Calabasas) 4, Nordhoff (Ojai) 0. Yep, two safeties, and nothing else.

Pre-Internet newspapering was crazy. These guys got the two biggest newspapers in the state to run scores for a non-existent high school for four years.

Google "Plainfield Teachers" for the granddaddy of fake-sports-teams stories.
