I think this one would have been a double … still, Detroit has a solid center fielder.

 

Reminder the Guardians and Rays played a 15-inning game that went scoreless until the final at-bat in the 2022 playoffs. We could be here awhile.

 

To me that hits grass and glove basically simultaneously.

 

I used to argue with @Junkie about this all the time but I've come around to his way of thinking (don't tell him I said this)...this is a truly great game, but if it was in New York or Philly, they'd already be ranking it amongst the greatest games ever played.
