Loved Ray Ratto's assessment. I get it though. Mark Davis is a fanboi at heart. Also needs some perspective on football matters. Most of his Raider alumni that he grew up with in the glory days are too far removed from the game. Doing "double-duty" will probably make him worse at both gigs.
