A bummer, but the ceiling is much higher for her, and she could only go so high with WWE. I seriously doubt she saw herself as Finkel or Chimel and stay there for decades.

Joining her beau in AEW may not be beyond thought, especially since they seem more open to allowing its performers to pursue outside opportunities. They could use a second proven announcer next to Justin Roberts.

Either way, it's a huge loss for WWE. Alicia Taylor (SmackDown) is good, though. Mike Rome (NXT) is proven to come back to the main roster, but a little too by the book by my taste.

Nice of them to actually acknowledge Samantha's departure. Not sure if Lillian is going to be a full-timer again, but it's certainly not a bad replacement -- even if she referred to it as a No. 1 containers match.

Lillian’s a couple of weeks late for the dumpster match.

Paul Ellering is 71 years old, and just took a Mandible Claw. That poor old man has a family!

At least they're doing something useful with him finally. And something decent finally for that stable (with Miz) to do.

It might be that they’re writing him off, too.

Put Bron vs. Fatu down as a future dream match. That would be a wild showcase.

Loving these teaser videos WWE has done this Delta (now Zaria). Apparently built from the same cloth as Rhea Ripley in Australia. All the effort they've taken, they clearly see something in her.

Between the three big imports (Zaria, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer), the last of the indie darlings (Roxanne Perez, Cora Jade) and the new NIL generation (Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan, Sol Ruca, Thea Hail, etc.), it's an embarrassment of riches for the NXT women's division.

I give Stephanie and Triple H some credit for helping lead the company beyond the stench of Vince, but if I ever have to see any of the higher-generation McMahons on TV again, it'll be too soon.
