Its a theory, one that surmises that Trump is trying to leverage the situation as much as he can. He could have said "Of course, he'd concede if he loses," but he hasn't and didn't. Instead, he is ratcheting up the rhetoric, ginning up his base to doubt even a convincing Harris win.

I know some people like holding the Election Day "sacred." I used to as well, until I was told by voting early, you help the candidates you support by allowing them more time to focus on those who may - or may not - vote. And I always say, elections aren't decided by those who vote, but by those who could have voted, but didn't.

for reasons out of my control, I ended up watching part of Trump’s Allentown speech. He spent a good portion of recognizing the cult members who travel with the show.

So not only is he drawing less crowds, he is drawing less voters in Pa.
