    Not from 50 years ago … but Casey cracked me up this morning as I listen to the replay of the Nov. 2 1985 countdown:

    “At No. 32, here’s a band from Texas with a song that’s probably not about camping; ZZ Top with ‘Sleeping Bag.’”

    I’ve probably told this one before, but I still chuckle whenever I think of Casey in the late 90s, playing it totally straight, announcing “ … and that was ‘Bitch’ by Meredith Brooks …”

    As we said as kids when we saw the jacked up International truck with a grill that said, an itch with a “B” in front of it. We thought we were clever.
