Hell, your numbers in Georgia arr probably as good as anyone's.

And a reminder to all of the advice I gave in 2020. Whenever they say "Fulton County" the rest of the way, hear it in Skip Caray's voice.

I like Harry, but he's a little too raw from a TV standpoint. Speaks too quickly, trips over his words. What made Kornacki a hit is not just his enthusiasm, but that he explained things slowly enough and clearly enough to be understood.

SNL episode = Probably around 5 million viewers plus millions more on social media

Stinky on NASCAR = Around 3 million viewers

    I'll take that trade.

Just a reminder that the guy whining about a law being broken is also supporting a convicted felon for office.

Yeah, it's mostly whatever. What the hell did he say? How could anyone have listened to that and thought, "Yeah, this is who I'm going to back for President of the U.S."

Sheesh, that salad was chopped, diced, chewed, regurgitated and spit out!

At least he didn’t mention how big of dick Nicklaus is packing.

I seriously don't think we are.

That's why there's so much angst, and disbelief, and yes, citing of uncertain but hopeful polls, on here. We're just hanging on for dear life, and hoping...It's why this sports site has seemingly all but abandoned sports, and all of our other vast variety of topics of discussion in favor of ruminating about Trump, Harris and politics, at least through Wednesday.

I believe similar things just this side of collective soul-searching by a lot of people is currently going on in a lot of other corners of the internet, and our country right now, too, and that if Trump wins, we very well may have a collective post-election experience and reaction the likes of which only Hillary Clinton, circa 2016, will recognize.

We will be shocked and awed, and not in a good way, because we want, so much, for what you suggest to not happen.

Your intentions (and posts) seem aspirational, but you are a former journalist, correct?

Your idealism seems fine, in theory, and inside I always hope for the same. But we are journalists, yes? So we must deal with the hard realities of this increasingly violent world without any kind of sane, rational ideals anymore – and now even here in our own country, too.

Idealism used to be fine, but it's just a floating talking point now.
America must deal now with the realities of its honest and fair ideals gone wrong.

It's beyond my hands, but I sure hope we can survive this current bullshit and work together again.

But there really is no room for talks of idealism in the arena we're stuck with right now.

I guess I can agree with your post on the face of it, but it seems like kind of a strange response to the post you quoted. Like, that's what you took from it?
