    From Nate Cohn at the NYT, perhaps the least hyperbolic/sensationalist election analyst.

    The first few Georgia precincts reporting Election Day votes show Harris doing better than we expected, but she is not winning the Election Day vote by the margins she needs to win the state. That said, it’s still early — only about 10 percent of the Election Day vote has been counted, and that is mostly from rural areas.

    At least Florida voted for adjusting Homestead Exemptions to account for inflation. Tiny victory.

    It’s early early, but Hawley is down about 20k in his Senate race. I don’t expect that to hold up, but it’s good for now.

    Gambling going down, but rescinding abortion restrictions is going to pass.
