Minnesota is not (yet) worth worrying about. A change in state law has kept them from processing early votes until the polls closed at 8 p.m. and the count is backed up all to hell. We literally have no results here and the polls closed more than two hours ago.

They haven't counted any votes around Minneapolis. The Minnesota number is wildly misleading.

Wisconsin, I don't know. Lot of votes still coming from Milwaukee. No clue if it's enough.

Betting odds have Trump above 85 percent, should have trusted them. They were only briefly in Harris' favor the last week and quickly moved above 61 percent yesterday.

People SAY they vote on the economy, but they don't. IMO this time "The economy" meant "make life what it was before covid."
Working class voters covers a lot of territory. Biden was about the most pro-labor President since FDR. Fat lot of good it did.
Completely agree on point three. But I think the opinion thermostat will do some work here. Voting to lash out in dissatisfaction is natural. But what will they get for their votes?

Yes they will, especially if the GQP takes the Senate and holds the House. They’ll start enacting things that hurt millions of people who voted for them. And those people who voted for him are a special kind of stupid.

There is no economic messaging people understand that benefits them personally besides low taxes and low interest rates.

"Working class" voters are largely unworldly individuals who push back on any messaging about rights for groups other than themselves.

Latin and black voters are not intersectional allies of other minority groups.

Unless there's another way of pitching, "Fuck them, get yours" there's no fix.

Geez. And they’ve already got a 6-3 supermajority.
