Got a pretty good snowstorm moving in tomorrow night. Just in time for high school playoffs.

There is a developing JV Big 4 in Bella Vista, Centerton, Farmington and Lowell.

But without a singular dominant city, NWA will be the Quad Cities of the - South? - Southern Midwest?

NWA is a creature unto its own and as a great man once said, "It's a different world over the mountain."

We're in the midst of a multi-day snowstorm. We've had 2-plus inches for three straight days in Denver, the first time that has happened in November in 15 years. And we've got the bulk of the stalled storm coming in tonight into Friday. Schools are canceling classes like it's mid-February and it's throwing the start of high school playoffs into disarray to the point that there will be games on Sunday.

It hasn't rained here in like 38 days. We're supposed to finally get some this evening. It's been 80 degrees the last two days, which is all and good except for the fact that we're now spending all daylight hours working, so we can't even enjoy it. I want my hoodie weather!

The week has been Trumpist enough. Now their weather is infecting the country. Not good.

I was back in the Commonwealth last week, Tuesday-Thursday in Fairfax and Thursday-Sunday in Richmond. Just absolutely perfect weather and campus/West End/River Road, with some of the trees turning, was spectacular. But I'm glad you got some rain, it was looking awfully dry.

My first cousin and I also spent a wonderful day as Manassas battlefield, which I hadn't toured since 1990. So happy they were able to preserve it from developers. We were also there for the 100-year reenactment in 1961.

It was 80 here the last two days. I spent the evening in a t-shirt and shorts, drinking beer on the porch.
Of course, the high for this time next week is 49.

We were in short sleeves for my game five days ago. Tonight, it was 30 at kickoff with 6 inches of snow on the sideline and snow falling in the second half.
