Not Penn State or Michigan State, but can file this under "boys will be boys", the school president at Utah Tech resigned after a "vulgar" prank where he left vegetables in a phallic display on the front porch of an administrator who was home recovering from a vasectomy. Unfunny and stupid, but he signed the names of 3 top administrators, which seems really bad. He resigned in the middle of last school year, and has since been hired as the president at Missouri State. These 3 top administrators filed a federal lawsuit about it, alleging it is "payback for their efforts to try to clean up the issues with harassment, misconduct and racism at Utah Tech University."

Moral of this story: Never hire a fucking guy named "Biff" for a job as important as a college president. Or any job, really.
