I was speaking more of the assembly line vs. faculty lounge comparison, but sure.

 

I find it hard to believe that Joe Biden spoke the language of the faculty lounge. Malarkey!

He didn't. He spoke the language of the over-medicated nursing home patient.

 

In the larger scheme of things, no.

Put him up against MAGAts, and you bet he does.

 

Slotkin is pretty much a DINO -- she spent about 75 percent of her campaign harping about how eager she was to work with well intended colleagues from both sides of the aisle.

Her opponent, a carpetbagger millionaire from Florida, devoted most of his commercials to implying that Slotkin, whose appearance is something less than glamorous, was sneaking hairy transvestites into the locker rooms to rape your darling daughters.

That was pretty much his entire campaign.

 

This isn’t really a shot at you, but we have to get rid of this notion of “If only they could read this one thing the Visgoths would change their minds!” They aren’t interested in changing their minds and they’ve been blowing off the required reading since elementary school. And that goes double for the average MAGA on the street.

 

They are not going to read or watch or listen to anything "the elites" ask, force, push, tell or otherwise suggest to them.

To them, they have heard those kind of things forever and disregard them. "The Elites" have tried to tell them what to do, read, watch, how to think, how to act, when to do all these things and what will happen if they don't. They didn't do it in school, after school, or at university if they attended.

Their thinking now that they're in charge pretty much is "Eff those high and mighty preachy elitist pointy-headed liberl assholes." They're not going to change their minds and believe whatever happens, happens.

 

Honestly, your best bet at a presidential victory in 2028 is to run John Fetterman.

 

None of those things are illegal.
