Yes, but the officials did a disservice making that a one-way street. Aubs were far from saints there.

Syracuse takes the lead over Miami with a scoop and score. Up 35-28 heading to the fourth quarter. Miami is in the ACC title game if it wins.

Agreed, but I'm not crying for the Gumps. I'm still bitter about the 3-for-1 sale they got on personal fouls against LSU in (IIRC) 2016 or so.

The PSU-Maryland broadcasting crew has spent a good eight minutes giving shout-outs to the "people behind the scenes."

    Re: Jalen Milroe

I don’t think I have ever seen a bigger spread between how wonderful the announcers think a quarterback is and how many aneurisms he causes his fan base.

Does anyone really want to be in the playoff? This year is just weird. I don't think its the conference realignment so much. Maybe the NIL era is making it harder for teams to gel? I almost wonder if Ryan Day needs to win a national championship just to save his job at this point.

It's 38-7. What else are they going to talk about?

    Stolen from Bluesky:

bummer that the 4 team playoff left us just in time for the year where everybody sucks and has a million losses. can you imagine them trying to pick a 4 team field this year lmao

Maybe Franklin having Pribula throw a TD pass with 0:04 left for 44-7?

After you put the teams in that have earned their way in, take the remaining dozen or so hopefuls and just have them pick numbers out of a hat to determine the remaining seeds. Nobody really has an argument at this point.

That was definitely an interesting decision.
The O/U was 50.5, in case you were wondering.

I do not know how Bama decided it didn’t need any more yards and could be content getting stuffed off tackle, but that math ain’t mathing.
