Yeah there is, 16 teams, no byes, seed the field after the conference championship games, just like they do for the NCAA basketball tournament.

Sure. And teams will roll into Atlanta or Indianapolis the first weekend in December with their third string starting. I’m sure it will be great.

Oh no, they'll have a very easy time doing that. The hard part is crafting a competent statement why.

Do college basketball teams not try hard in their conference tournaments? Do they play scrubs? If the seeding is done after the championship games, and winners get home games and losers travel, they play hard.

Or just get rid of the championship games and go straight to the playoffs, like FCS/DII and DIII do.

Some FCS teams must win five games to be national champions. But it's an imposition for FBS to play four?

The top-down belief in the Clemson program that they are somehow God’s favored is why I hope the Tigers lose every game by 50.

They denied an undefeated conference champion last year. They most definitely will, especially since it’s a school the blue bloods have been trying to keep down for 40 years.

Jeez, if I’m the Manning family I’m wondering how Arch is playing behind Ewers.

If I’m a Texas alum, I’m wondering why his NIL isn’t a handful of gift cards to Chipotle.

If Arizona State can keep the head coach, they are going to be good for a long time in the Big 12.

His energy and style is just magnetic for college players.
