So Trump puts his losing senate candidate Kelly Loeffler in charge of Small Business and his losing senate candidate David Perdue as ambassador to China. If Herschel Walker gets named ambassador to Georgia, I'm certain a higher being is just laughing his or her ass off at the absurdity of all this.

 

I was thinking, I’m not sure there’s any reason to worry about Trump’s DOJ prosecuting his political enemies. These are the same people who spent 30 years and half a billion dollars investigating Hillary Clinton, who was obviously guilty of something, but they couldn’t find a single indictable offense.

These people really suck at investigating.

 

The goal is not to get an indictment, but to bleed the target dry with legal fees. An indictment would only be gravy.

Quit calling him "sir," Kristen. This instead:

“Oh, this is all bullshit. All you have is bullshit. Get off my set, Mr. Trump.”

 

It's the attitude and the rhetoric, not the results (yet). Whether anything happens, or not, Trump and his cronies are making a point of being dark, grim, threatening, hostile and scare-tactic-happy -- with everyone, including other countries, fellow Americans who just did their jobs (God forbid Trump actually take responsibility for any of his crimes/actions, or admit to losing an election instead of trying to overturn it, and the government), and immigrants, illegal or otherwise.

There has not been one positive -- dare I say hopeful or joyful? -- or unifying word out of any of them. They truly are trying to execute a hostile takeover of this country, and there's not a damn thing we can do to stop him/them. In fact, they're creating the current new fiction every time one of them starts off (and, irritatingly, they always do, now, if you'll notice) with "The American people have given President-elect Trump a mandate, and he is/we are going to deliver it," effectively putting their load-of-shit plans and behavior on all of us. It's disgusting.
