And Chicago kills my parlay with 3 third-period goals. With hedges and my round robins that hit combos of 5 and 4 wins, I profited 830. Could have been almost double that.

Congrats, again, bookies — Tulane favored anywhere from 4.5 to 5.5 at kickoff over WVU and wins 42-37.

Good thing I got WVU +7.5 a bit before halftime.

    Memphis.

Also, Caps playing the second of a back-to-back where they didn't get into Chicago from Dallas until late morning, not at all surprised at the result. They were dog-ass tired at the end of that one.

I missed that part of it when looking at games, but at least I hedged at the right time. Got Chicago at +650 when they were down 1 late.

I dipped out on Lewis' cyrpto stuff, and this series took a bit to cook. But starting with the episode where he setups his producer with a sharp gambler to make bets, the series really picks up! I'm interested in the future, proper episodes. (I find the stories from the old Vegas gambler less compelling.)

Back to 1,200 after a hot couple days. Estime for first TD at 19/1 on a $9 bet, Cleveland State (don’t know why they were getting points), Alabama St./Norfolk hoops under today; couple college hoops unders and WVU football yesterday.

Just about time to start the ladder again.

Jacksonville State (+6½) over Ohio? :)
    Texas A&M (-30½) over Houston Christian? :)

Kinda liking Indiana and the points over Notre Dame tonight.

I actually like Notre Dame. Feel like it will be close for three quarters-plus before the Irish win by 10 in the end.

Won the dumbest parlay with a $5 free bet last night: Georgia-Buffalo O148.5 (Georgia wins 100-49, eek); Oakland-Cleveland State O128.5 (they hit it my the 12 minute in the second half, finished at 167); Wyoming -13.5 over Bellarmine (Pokes won by 37).

Grambling, down 19 to Norfolk St. with 12+ to go, comes back to tie the game in the final minutes. Their valiant effort falls short of the win, but not the spread win, as they give me victory by the hook in a 76-70 L.

Looking for my DON pick with the winnings.

Didn’t double or nothing and didn’t take Indiana — not until halftime, when I got them at +17.5. That and a Jarrett Allen double-double made for a very fine 5-0 day.

Should have just laddered all those picks. Certain to lose tomorrow.

SMU hoops and Duke might both be over favored to start the day.
