    I want nothing to do with Bellinger.

    I have no faith he will have a good season based on his track record

    and his contract for 2026 is a player option. So if he is great, he’s going to go to free agency and if he stinks he’ll cost 25 mil

    But there were reports that the Astros weren’t dealing Tucker to NYY without getting Gil in return.

    Heyman, Sherman and Rosenthal also said as much. If the Astros were willing to deal Tucker without including Gil in the deal, he’d be in the Bronx right now.

    It was three times in five years, 2017, 2019, and 2022. Sounds like a good reason to want to grab one of their best players.

    A 32-year-old guy who blew out his knee in 2021 and elbow in 2023 but pitched well in 2022. But hope Springs eternal in Vegas, er Sacramento.
