This is the classic case of fear and imprisonment of the moment. The AD couldn’t be known as the guy who let the coach get away. If the coach fails, that’s largely on him. If the coach leaves for another job when things are good, that’s on the AD.

SMU just blew their chance in this game. Penn State QB passed up a wide-open dude for five seconds on third and short, then SMU QB blows a fourth-and-1 to kill everything that was rolling downhill for them. Nittany Lions going to grind them to death now.

Cignetti has a punchable face. I saw them play against OSU and ND. Go back to the kid's table.

He’s a loser, baby. So why don’t they kill him?

    Plus those pick-sixes don't hurt.

Somehow, I wasn't expecting a Beck entry into this thread. :D

They especially don’t hurt when you have Penn State -8.5. :D

From the helicopter view, Penn State's baseball stadium looks better than where the A's will be playing this year.

Non-offensive TDs are probably the best reason to feel good about hitting big numbers.

SMU QB has a throwing problem.
First hint was when the tv color guy introduced him as a "fluid athlete."

It's a very nice minor-league setup, poin. They hold the state HS baseball finals there now. The Spikes are in the prospect league, I think.

And yeah, I don't think Jennings is going to be compared with John Elway anytime soon.
