RIP Jimmy Carter

Carter loved Georgia to the end, returned there and the state is booming to the point where it's turning blue.

Clinton couldn't ghost Arkansas fast enough.

 

Hillary couldn’t. Bill would probably be back if it wasn’t for her.

Our best ex-President to a well deserved rest. The first president I ever voted for.

 

Glad he never had to live in Trumpistan II. A lot of "great men" aren't necessarily "good" men. Jimmy Carter was a "GOOD MAN."

 

A truly good man in a world where they have become rare.

I only have vague memories of him as a president as I was very young, but I grew up watching him be a great humanitarian. RIP

No memory of Carter as president but I’ll echo the sentiment. Good, honorable man who appeared to do all he could to help others. There ain’t gonna be much of that from our leaders for quite some time. A well-earned rest. RIP.

A fascinating figure who outlived everyone he ever ran against.

I wish I could have seen him when I visited his presidential library years ago.
