How the hell did the Vikings win 14 games. Sam Darnold is 12 of 29, still his team should be winning. The Rams might like their chances next week though.

They've left six points on the field.

It’s inevitable though, right? For no rational reason, I’d rather have an even 16- or 18-game season. And obviously it’s not going back to 16.

Still more money to be made. It would also be nice to scrub the shitty Thursday games. For health and quality of play. But also not happening.

And the bettors. And the TV networks.

Steelers beat the Chiefs 18-17 in the 2017 playoffs by kicking six field goals.

Haven’t seen Darnold like this all season.

He had an absolute stinker against the Jets in London, only to be saved by the Jets being dog-ass shit.

But the last 10 minutes agaisnt Green Bay he was sailing a lot of balls into the danger zone. I honestly think the Vikings would get destroyed by the Bucs next week (if they lose), but playing the Rams is a much better matchup.

If there was any good thing to come from David Montgomery's injury, it was to see how Jahmyr Gibbs would perform as a full-time starter. If Montgomery wasn't coming back, I'd put money on whatever odds for Gibbs being Super Bowl MVP and let it ride. That kid is a beast.

And that's why they're the Lions!
