Meanwhile Tennessee has four whole field goals at the half and is getting run out of Gainesville.

Tennessee 7-for-48 from the floor with 8:19 left. Who do the Vols think they are? Virginia?

Before Tennessee got hot at the end and got its FG% to 20%, I checked to see if we had a chance to witness history. What, I wondered, is the worst FG% by an SEC team? In the 1943 NCAA tournament, Kentucky went 11-for-101 and only lost by eight because Ohio State was 17-for-86.

I really like Rick Barnes, but I was sort of hoping the Vols would finish with < 10 FG. Just because it'd be wacky.

What's the record for largest margin of victory by a team that didn't shoot 40%?

Louisville beat ECU 92-41 while shooting .389 on 1/19/2005.

I hate nights like this where Kentucky goes down in flames early in the night and I’m too busy watching other games to listen to KSR Postgame.

It's probably not as fun these days as it was when they were working on running Calipari out of town.

This will be a “We were screwed by the refs,” night.

There is a sign on the wall at the veterinarian we go to.

"There is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS something to be thankful for."

    That's "Kalipari" in McClatchy land.
