Nobody is going to make a buck on this game. I am a season ticket holder going out of town this weekend, and I lost money on my tickets in resale.

I hate to bring it up but it's also a Monday night and despite being a home game, how many people are thinking the Rams ae going to win?

Depends on what you mean by 'an issue'.
My guesstimate is that attendance is about 99% for the year, and its been about that since they have been in Sofi. That is just me eyeballing the stadium during home games. The problem is the incredible swath of opposing fans in so many games. 49ers, Eagles, Raiders this year. The only true "home game" we usually have is the Cardinals game. The Cards game two weeks ago was shocking in that when you walked in to sofi, you didn't overwhelmingly didn't see jerseys of the opposing jerseys.

Judging from the Rams groups I see (and if you talk to ticket brokers in LA), Mondays do negatively effect attendance. But I don't think its a matter of home fans thinking the Rams can't beat the Vikings. The Rams already beat the Vikings at Sofi this year, and the team won 9 of 11 coming down the stretch to win the division.

I consider having the stadium taken over by opposing team fans to be an issue, yes.
