    Ah. I couldn’t recall the details but knew she was at the center of the start of the “6” joke.

    She was a great Mets wife for a few months. I wish her and her hideous appearance all the luck in Frisco.

    Now, hopefully Boras/Alonso drop the farce of a Prince Fielder contact and he signs a pillow contract with the Mets.

    Bob Friend is the all-time leader with 1,682.

    Friend and Veale played 50 years ago. Hard to imagine no one has surpassed them in the intervening years.
