NFL Wild Card Weekend -- Nazareth, live from Philadelphia

Jared Allen after Darnold's long run: "That's better than him throwing. That's the longest completion he's had all day."

Watching Darnold's reactions tonight had me flashing back to some noted movie characters.
To be fair, he looked thoroughly unprepared for the game, like he was being asked to read Japanese for the first time. Didn't recognize blitzes, didn't call audibles to check into safer plays, made bad throws, held the ball for too long. And the Vikings defense looked shaky as well.

"The Vikings, I ashume, know they are down 18."

Joe Buck twisting the shiv.

I'm trying to think of when a team that won 14 games had this terrible of a two-game finish. Might as well have gone 6-11.

"You know, by finishing in the top 15 at the Open you qualified to be in it next year."
