‘Bookie' Canceled at Max After Two Seasons (EXCLUSIVE) The show was a fun watch, but they had way too many storylines and left a lot hanging since it was cancelled. Sebastian Maniscalco and Omar Dorsey were really good in their roles. Charlie Sheen was in a few episodes, reuniting with Chuck Lorre.
Watched much of season 1 before bailing. The leads were likable, but it was hard to believe a mostly comedy version of bookmaking and Maniscalo comes across as way too nice of a guy to be in that job. The beginning scene with Ray Romano was what the show could have been about, but it would have been too depressing I guess.
Elsbeth renewed for season 3. It’s a fun enough show to watch and I think has gotten better the back half of this season.
We started binging The Good Fight and I guess it has taken a while to calibrate her from an oddity of a side character to a lead.
I don't watch it but after checking, they need to use Will Patton as her ex-husband again for a couple of episodes
Court of Gold (?) about the Olympics Hoops in Paris is enjoyable; nice camera access and Kerr certainly understands how to get to superstars.
The first three eps of Reacher, Season 3 are out on Prime. Pretty good so far, and I love the female lead. I just know her daddy is going to eventually be revealed to be a Boston cop.
