Or his spiritual successor, Chiefsaholic. Guy dressed up as a wolf for Chiefs games and robbed banks the rest of the week. ESPN did a whole documentary on him.

It does seem stupid though, which matches the Giants lately.

Mobility? Athleticism? The ability to play the modern game

It'd be an incredibly dumb move to add a 37-year-old QB to a team that's several good drafts away from being mediocre, but this is what happens when John "I might actually be dumber than Woody" Mara doesn't rip off the band-aid and fire his dumb & dumber GM/HC combo. Schoen & Daboll are trying to save their jobs and probably figure going 8-9 with Stafford buys them another year. They think they can go 8-9 with him the way a losing gambler figures he can make back all his money by going all-in on the 3-7 diamonds b/c he's convinced he'll flip the 4-5-6 diamonds.

I heard some talker saying how Rodgers would be good for the Giants by showing the younger players "how to play." I think he was thinking of a different Aaron Rodgers, who has been even more aloof than usual since the contemporaries he spent most of his career with all retired. Dabol should just resign now.

Seems pretty clear the Raiders are going to be everybody's bitch when they want another team for leverage but have no interest in signing with. Started with the coaching search, now QB. Guessing some people can say no to Tom Brady.

Commies had plenty of cap space. Love the move. I didn't think breaking the bank for Higgins was the right move, but this gets McLaurin a creative complement on the other side, a guy who can help with the run game as well (when healthy, of course). Dyami Brown, Crowder and McCaffrey are great 3/4 receiver types who can get downfield or mix it up in the slot. Really good move by Peters.

If Samuels isn't hit out, this is a very good move by Washington. But that's a big "if." The playing style that makes him so much fun to watch is pretty self-destructive.
