Myles Garrett Ready to Make Things Extremely Ugly to Leave Browns

The Browns truly are a shit show. Myles Garrett requested a meeting with owner Jimmy Haslem, who refused and told him to talk to the GM. Garrett is apparently ready to sit out games if that is what is necessary to get out of Cleveland.

Maybe he should take a swing at Haslem with a helmet?

Every Browns fan in northeast Ohio would put up money for his bail if he did.

I imagine the pool of donors would come from a wider area than that.

They're the ones who'll pay Darnold. Running hard to stand still.

Does Darnold want to be there if Metcalf is gone?

For the money and a guaranteed starting job, sure. What are his other options? The Giants? Back to the Jets?

If the Seahawks sign Darnold, the negotiating position of all of the other QBs goes up.

    Mitch Morse has retired.
Good career. Too bad he never got to the Super Bowl. Oh, so close.

Don't forget the Steelers. They have a better supporting cast than the Seahawks, especially if Seattle does give Metcalf the trade he wants. They also had more cap space, though I'm not sure what that number is now for Seattle with Smith gone.

That tracks for about 150 million Americans.
