The Raiders seem to be "punting," hopefully better than last year, hoping to be good enough to NOT land a QB of the future in next year's draft.

Its funny though, I've been burned so many times for those click-baity "Raiders trade for Pro-Bowl QB details" and it's just an idea of some 20-year old with a webpage (Hell, there was one about Kirk Cousins about 8 hours ago) - and then seeing Seahawks trade QB (I figured it was one of their backups. Not sure what I think about the trade. He was sacked 50 times last season, 20 TD, 15 Ints. 10 pts better than Minshew on the passer rating. A third-round pick seems high for that.
And we're to believe he's the best option?
Really surprised the Raiders didn't throw in Crosby to get Metcalf as well. Crosby will be retired the next time the Raiders are a threat to be in a conference championship game.

KC sure has a knack for getting talented guys with "character issues"

Geno Smith could do worse than having Brock Bowers as a targets magnet.

    So … alleged victim lied?

So not enough corroborating evidence beside alleged victim's account to obtain conviction against well-and-expensively lawyered defendant.

Based on the story, it sounds like she figured she’d get away with it.

When the phrase "record deal" is in the headline, the player didn't handle things too badly himself.

Garrett had said he didn’t want to endure another rebuild with the Browns … at this point, isn’t it just a very long build in general?
