Does the Big 18 have a rule that every single out-of-bounds play must be reviewed? Four reviews in 25 seconds, each of them an obvious, obvious call. But let's drag the game on for five minutes longer than necessary.

I've always respected W&M, they don't cheat, don't seem to fudge on academics, athletes seem happy there and Cary Field is a great place to watch a football game. They've been successful in football, their complete basketball futility always surprised me.

I'm curious to see if some small-ish schools with affluent alumni bases decide they could make some noise in basketball. W&M doesn't strike me as a likely candidate, but other schools with similar profiles might be.
