Is there anyone left in TV-land with ethics or the understanding of not being a fan-boi (or in this case, trying to get laid apparently) while working?

Yeah because this one tool is really a good representation of your average TV reporter.

I didn't think blue font would be needed...but for you, I will add it.

    Two thoughts:
Stu Scott commits more laughable, jock-sniffing acts than this 3 times a week.
Thread title demands a clarification, if not a correction. How many sports anchors are journalists, especially at that level?

    1. Hastings, Neb., has a TV station?
    2. Don't care how many sidelines he's been on since 1992, it was a bush-league stunt, unworthy of someone with that kind of experience.

In Mr. Ed's defense, his other imaginary girlfriend just left on a cruise and her future is shaky, so it was time for him to move on. (/crossthread)

Knowing the pin head fans in Nebraska, I'm guessing most of them see nothing wrong with this and would consider our outrage just more blubbering from the liberal/leftist/Commie/Pinko/Socialist media.

This is becoming the Era of Public Accountability. You do something very stupid and people are going to seriously shame you.

    I kinda like it.

It's a sentiment I see repeated on these boards. Cheers.

I love it, and I wouldn't mind at all if he were fired. That might sound cruel, but consider the number of unemployed journalists out there who would never pull a shenanigan like this.

At least an official warning/reprimand, but yes, I wouldn't mind seeing this guy working at the local fast-food joint. There's enough qualified people out there looking for work, bring someone in that knows the basics at least. Geesh.
