    It's just wrong that Texas Pete is the official hot sauce of the SEC.

    All hot sauces are too hot for me. Medium salsa is about as hot as I go.

    I'm a Louisiana hot sauce guy. But I've got to agree that Dinosaur's Wango Tango is amazing stuff.

    BTW, when did Dinosaur branch out or Syracuse?

    Oh, you poor guy. I put red pepper flakes or hot sauce in everything. I usually have to tone it down with brown sugar if it's a sauce though for Doc. He doesn't like hot sauce either.

    i'm just now starting to like things a little hot after being a medium salsa guy for my entire life. i'll never be an atomic-hot-sauce type who douses everything and i'll never order anything extra hot. but i'm discovering tabasco. i took it slowly -- started with the green stuff and worked my way up to the red one.
