Police want to question Pacman Jones about triple shooting in Vegas

Even though it's an NFL player that was involved (allegedly), the NBA will be taking the publicity hit on this one.

Can anyone who was in Vegas confirm?

So what is this supposed rumor, biglead?
And why would we be surprised that another NFL criminal thug is in trouble again?
And why should the NBA take a hit when there's far more criminal behavior among NFL players?

Look at the bigger picture. There were 362 arrests this weekend. Assuming it was Pacman, and assuming he's questioned by the police ... this will ruin the weekend. The game sucked, the dunk contest judging was bullshit, and all anyone is talking about was the parties ... which were filled with fights.

There was lots of talk about who would pull a Eugene Robinson during Super Bowl wknd in Miami ... were there any reports of extremely rowdy behavior in South Beach? None that i can recall. And certainly not 362 arrests.

And this is coming from a big basketball fan. These are the incidents that lead to threads like, 'the nba stinks.'

Las Vegas police want to talk to Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam "PacMan" Jones about the triple shooting at Minxx Gentleman's Club, an NFL source confirmed Monday.

Jones was among a number of celebrities, including rapper Nelly and Janet Jackson's boyfriend, music producer Jermaine Dupri, were at the club when the shooting erupted about 5 a.m. at a private event called Harlem Knights, sources said.

Las Vegas sports talk host Steve Cofield, citing sources, reported that Jones was among a group that opened fire after leaving the club. Two security guards were among the injured, said Cofield, a co-host on "The Wise Guys" on Fox Sports Radio 1460.

A Las Vegas police spokesman said the investigation had not reached the point where they were prepared to name a person or persons of interest.
