    I made butterflied pork chops with vinegar peppers and a red wine reduction.

    Pretty solid, even if I might have overseasoned the chops a tiny bit.

    Yes, it does sound good. But it also sounds like a small variation of the recipe you posted about 20 pages ago that I tried and found to be most excellent.

    Tonight, a damned city council meeting, so I'll probably just boil some new potatoes when I get home.
