I'm also a little perturbed that the story uses the phrase "alleged victim." She's not an alleged victim anymore. At best, she's an accuser.

Savage is beating the drum for a harsh punishment for the prosecutor in the trial of the Marines in the Haditha massacre, as well as the Time magazine reporter and John Murtha.
Is that case in any way similar to the Duke rape case and should the people who brought what Savage claims as bogus charges against the Marines be punished?
