Obviously Callahan's a dead man walking but, without some serious misconduct, to fire him AND "at least 3 assistants" in mid-season would be just idiotic and terribly unfair to the senior players who deserve a fair chance to finish this season well instead of in a state of disorganized chaos. Let him finish the season and fire him the next day, the way it's customarily done.

 

Well according to a couple of folks I've talked to some of this has legs. There are some hiccups, HCBC is holding out for his asst.'s as their contracts are up on 01/08, and trying to squeeze some cash to go quietly
