    I need to find an English language stringer to handle MISL soccer in Monterrey, Mexico, ...Dec 13 and Mar 27.....where does THAT trail begin?... ;D

    Try calling an American paper with staff in Mexico City (Chicago Tribune, LA Times, NY Times, etc.). See who they might use.

    Maybe call the Brownsville, Texas, paper or the one in Corpus Christi.
