NCAA Week 12 Running Thread

Kansas plays Mizzou so one gets knocked out. winner of KU and Mizzou plays Oklahoma and loses to them. WVU wins out viola LSU vs WVU for the Title. possible yes, will have to wait and see. of course LSU could lose to GA in the SEC title game then it's all F***ed up!

 

And it was dominated. West By-God lost to a damned-good (at the time) USF team while playing the second half without its starting QB.

 

With Oregon and Oklahoma losing, Ohio State, which was #7, moves up to #5.

*Kansas must beat Mizzou next week, then lose to Oklahoma (presumably) in the Big 12 championship game (the loss would be to a lower-ranked opponent, and hence drop them further).

*West Virginia must lose one of its last two games (Connecticut and Pittsburgh)

The former is far more likely than the latter. Connecticut beating WV isn't totally inconceivable, but the fact that the game is in Morgantown makes it far more so.

 

If ESPN and the rest of those butt-headed pollsters had their way, Mizzou still wouldn't be in the top 10. That's why I hate having humans determine national champions.

Remember all of the teams that were ranked in the top 20 preseason poll: Notre Fucking Dame. UC Fucking LA. Nebraska.

It's like some of these douchenozzles pick the top 5-6 teams based on which uniforms their wives like, then they just start putting down every fucking big-name college they can think of until they fill it up to 25.

And we all know what happened when USF came down to earth and actually played somebody.

I'd bet half the pollsters couldn't point out Missouri on a map.
