You can get Center Ice through most cable systems as well if you subscribe to the digital level.

It really was an amateurish reaction by Thomas. You're up 3-1 with forty seconds to go. So you're not going to get the shutout. You got the win. What's more important?

I can see Jags wanting to end his career in Pittsburgh, but I can't see Sather wanting to trade him to an Eastern Conference team. I suggested San Jose because they need another scorer, have cap room and prospects.

Oh, the clowns at the local NBC affiliate are joining the network for some stupid auto show after skipping the hockey game. Idiots.

One hour and fifty-five minutes until the Leafs and Devils play in front of tens of people at The Prudential Center.

Let's think of all the ways Toronto is going to blow the lead and lose.

    I sense another Brodeur shutout.

Surprisingly, it looks like a good-sized crowd at The Rock.

  9. Pittsburgh has big injury problems possibly losing Armstrong to a hip injury and Adam Hall with a groin injury.

Penguins have recalled 3 forwards (Jonathan Filewich, Chris Minard, and Tim Brent) from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. All 3 could see ice tomorrow against Washington as winger Tyler Kennedy has been battling the flu and listed as questionable.

Monday's forward lineup looks more like an exhibition game roster.

Max Talbot - Geno Malkin - Petr Sykora
Ryan Malone - Jordan Staal - Jonathan Filewich
Jeff Taffe - Erik Christensen - Georges Laraque
Ryan Stone - Tim Brent - Chris Minard

I said Saturday night, if Pittsburgh wins and Malkin is leading the way, I don't know how he can't get a ticket for the Hart Trophy.

Not having Adam Hall in the lineup is a loss for the Penguins? Really?

  11. HB - he's done well on the penalty-kill and team has already lost Crosby and Armstrong in the PK mix and Ruutu is expected to be suspended for a game due to receiving 3 diving penalties.

I didn't realize that. Last year, on the Rangers, he was close to useless in any role. And a dreadful quote.
