    Scheider's wife said he died from complications from a staph infection. I thought of this thread when I discovered just now that "All That Jazz" is showing on HBO Plus.

    Great performance.

    Also, I can't believe nobody commented about the mistake in the lede on the AP story linked on the first post. You can't utter a role.

    But anyway.

    Joe Gideon is in the bargaining stage right now.
    Roy Scheider, I assume, is beyond acceptance. RIP.
