This, thusly: That you spend more time running your sports department than playing cat-and-mouse games with the dear Petty, whose post count at this site is inverse to his actual abilities in real life. In fact, for the Petty, he hijacks threads and offers no real insight other than lame "You're hired" and "solid" remarks. Here, in his Second Life, he is a rockstar with dreams dancing in his head.

In real life, he, well, is not. So fear not, Mr. Jared Macarin, the dear Petty's issue is not with you, kind sir, but with anyone who has ever accomplished anything in this dear profession.
