Pork tenderloin cooked in a homemade peach chipotle bbq sauce. Cooked in a 350 degree oven until meat thermometer says 150. Tented to finish cooking.

Paired with french cut green beans and peach slices.

Last night was brown sugar tenderloin

Salad and a bottle of wine. Actually, the wine will be dessert.

    Dry-rub ribs over hot coals.

The sides are TBA: Hoppin' John, or Tomatos, Okra and Corn; and white rice. Yes, one of them is not like the other. But I grew up having a bowl of rice with just about every dinner.

Unless it was spaghetti. That was the night Dad and I passed on the rice.

Side note: Thankgoodness for the invention of a rice-cooker.

Parmesan risotto sounds amazing. I've been looking for a good risotto recipe.

Worked my way through a quarter a bag of tortilla chips earlier. Had picked up four burritos for less than five bucks at Taco Bell for lunch, with the intention of eating the last two for dinner. Left them on my desk by accident.

Made beef stroganoff tonight. Sometimes Piotr hears the cry of the White Wolf and needs some down-home cookin'.

I tweak the recipe by using onions instead of shallots and greek yoghurt instead of sour cream.
