    I just had a great grilled chicken with cheddar, bacon and BBQ sauce for lunch at a local pub.


    I have decided it was better than Chef's steak sandwich, thereby making it the best lunch in the history of lunches.

    Hells no. Smooth, with concord grape jelly. Lunch of charmions.

    Mid-day snack will be cottage cheese, yogurt with raspberries and a peach. Top it!
