    Muskogee Phoenix, an under-40,000 category AM daily that follows 24 high schools, four major colleges, an NAIA school, NCAA Division II school and a junior college that frequents the JUCO national tournament in basketball and baseball, is on the lookout for a paginator/copy/editor/writer who will also on occasion shoot video and photos. In a changing work environment, this is a job with multiple duties. You will work evenings and weekends. Experience in Quark strongly desired. We will consider recent college grads.     I can say via sources that they recently got permission to add back positions. Furloughs won't be extended into the upcoming quarter. The staff there, they're acting as if it is Christmas. Take it for what it's worth - but any time there's good news in this industry, it has to be refreshing.

    The other thing I know: no moving expenses which probably hurts anyone outside of a four-state region.
