To be fair, I've known older guys than Auger who had the same attitude, especially when it comes to listening to people with more experience. At least one of them is now a full-timer at a major paper. Of course, the guy I'm talking about has talent, so that could be the difference there.

Beer? C'mon, beer is for lightweights, the keg is where all the lightweights gather with their little red cups. The real drinkers have a shot glass ready with Jack Daniel's to pour in, the real drinkers are taking shots while they're chugging their beer pong cups.

Beer... It's the prequel to the half gal...

Why don't you learn to read Shockey?

"Notice how I left some errors, better get correcting"

It was my intention to leave errors to point out how pathetically pessimistic you all are!

By the way, when using a name in a sentence, it should be capitalized :) LOL!

Uhmm over the past three months I would say I have raked in about $2,000 from working and through my hard work in High School I got 75 percent of my college expenses paid for by the state this year!

    Clowned?

Holy cow, this is just pathetic. I really feel sorry for you Andy if you can't see what an ass you are making of yourself. Why did you come back to dredge this back up? Seriously.

In a few years, you will look back on your posts on this thread and realize how immature you were being.

After reading your arrogant remarks, I'm just glad I didn't come around here when I was 18-years-old, acting like a hot shot.

And for the record, we were all 18-year-old freshman once, we all have degrees, we all drank a lot. Nobody gives a shit.

Oh, I almost forgot, nice pot leaf on your Bleacher Report profile. Very professional.

Sure when you type in my name that pathetic little 15 year olds' article pops up...

    But do you see this?

    http://blog.seattletimes.nwsource.com/seahawks/2009/04/29/seattle_times_m.html

Not much, but I scorched everyone at analyzing the NFL Draft who entered.

    or this? http://bleacherreport.com/articles/162781-im-calling-out-mel-kiper-jr

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/191348-top-nfl-free-agents-on-the-scrap-heap-and-where-they-might-go-part-two

    That maybe?

I don't know, to me, kind of hard for a newbie to be mentioned in a newspaper for doing well covering the NFL Draft (as well as doing better then Kiper?), kind of hard for a newbie to be on the cbs front page for three weeks, and have a basketball arenas worth of people read a single article?

Keep flinging crap in my direction though, for professionals, it's hardly professional, I would have thought all the time in the industry would have taught you to refrain from responding to arrogant frat boys like myself? LOL!

I get paid for working as well. What writing jobs have you had since you don't pop up in a Google News search.

Keep the grades up, as student loan debt is a pain to deal with.
